Don’t miss an unforgettable chance of experiencing 5 unique days from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert visiting the fortress of Ait Benhaddou famous for its appearances in Hollywood movies. Similarly, we will discover Morocco’s finest citadels in Ouarzazarte.
Furthermore, we will head into the desert visiting Skoura oasis before arriving to our Merzouga Desert camp for a camel ride and overnight in nomadic tents under the stars. We will get to watch the early sunrise over the Sahara dunes an unforgettable experience. Later, we will head to Todra Gorges and M’goun Valley in the High Atlas Mountains for an overnight stay in a hotel before heading back to Marrakech.
Our first day will consist of a drive through the High Atlas Mountains passing through the Tiki-N-Tichka high altitude route. We will pass farmlands, Berber villages, ruins of ancient kasbahs and the fortress of Ait Benhaddou.
Finally, we will arive in Ouarzazate to visit Morocco’s finest citadels.
We will set off on the road of the ”1000 Kasbahs” stopping at the oasis of Skoura before reaching to the Merzouga desert, where we will ride camels towards the edge of the desert dunes and spend the night under the stars in our nomadic desert camp.
Today we will rise early in the desert camp to observe the sunrise over the Sahara dunes, an absolutely unique experience.
Furthermore, we will depart to Todra Gorges a trench rising more than 250 meters high, where we will have a picnic lunch before staying at a Kasbah in the High Atlas Mountains.
We will have breakfast and drive back to Marrakech.
The journey on the road will be long but once we have arrived you will have the rest of the day for your own leisure time.
We will transfer you to the airport depending on flight times.
